Customs Orders

All products are custom-made based on the images and information you provide. Please ensure that all submitted details are accurate before placing your order.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Design Approval

For certain orders, a preview or confirmation may be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and carefully approve the design.

Family Forge Studio LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Pricing

Standard medallions are offered at a base price, with custom or special requests priced based on size, detail, and complexity.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Production & Processing Time 

Each piece is made to order. Production times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Estimated timelines may be provided but are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed custom items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of any images or designs they submit.

By placing an order, you grant Family Forge Studio LLC permission to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of creating your product.

We may showcase completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

Limitation of Liability

Family Forge Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
